W. Dorsey Stuart, Ph.D. (President and CEO) has worked for four decades in the area of genetics and biology of Neurospora crassa, and has over 28 years of biotechnology experience. Prior to founding Neugenesis, he was a co-founder of Hawaii Biotechnology Group, Inc., serving on its Board and as Director of Product Development. Dr. Stuart has also consulted for several industry leaders, including Cetus Corporation, where he was recruited for his work with monoclonal antibodies.

Ronald E. Cape, Ph.D. (Chairman) joined the Neugenesis Board of Directors in 1995. Dr. Cape co-founded Cetus Corporation and served as its Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, Cetus developed interleukin-2, bet-a-interferon and most significantly, PCR, the polymerase chain reaction, whose inventor won the Nobel Prize in 1993. Dr. Cape was also a co-founder of Darwin Molecular Corporation, which merged with Chiroscience Group PLC in December of 1996. He serves on the boards of several biotechnology companies.

Randy Havre, Business Development Consultant
Mr. Havre was an early investor in Neugenesis and is the Special Assistant to the CEO for Business Development. He also serves on the Neugenesis Board of Directors. He is General Partner Keo Kea Hawaii LP and CEO of Hawaii Venture Group LLC. He assists the CEO by finding and developing potential new business relationships for Neugenesis.

Richard Char, Esq. joined the Neugenesis Board in 1996. Prior to Neugenesis, Mr. Char was a partner in the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, one of the premier U.S. law firms focused on serving the high technology sector. In June of 1997, Mr. Char joined Cowen & Company as Managing Director and Head of Technology Investment Banking. Mr. Char specializes in corporate and securities law, assisting a wide range of technology companies in venture capital financing, public offerings, joint ventures, technology licensing and mergers and acquisitions.

Edward B. Cambareri, Ph.D. (CSO) has over two decades of experience in the genetics as well as cell and molecular biology of Neurospora crassa. His recent work at Neugenesis has led to patents pending in the area of gene diversification.

Albert Wallace, CPA (CFO) is the founding CFO of Neugenesis. He currently serves as the COO of WorkCare, Inc. in Orange County, California. He has recently rejoined Neugenesis as consulting CFO. His extensive experience with developing biotechnology companies and his direct participation in multiple mergers and acquisitions provides Neugenesis with critical support for its growth and development strategy.
