Neugenesis has formed an alliance for expression and production of MAbs. The alliance serves clients that have MAbs they wish to express in a cost effective manner and out from under competing Intellectual Property owned by others. Neugenesis will share in royalties and other income generated by the alliance.

In addition, Neugenesis is independently contracting with industry clients to perform gene diversification and combinatorial biology projects to discover and modify novel and improved recombinant products. The company receives fees for

the work performed
licenses issued
milestones met and
as a continuing royalty based on sales of its licensees' products.
