W. Dorsey Stuart
Chairman of the Board

Gib DeBusk
Dr. DeBusk has served as Chairman of Biological Sciences, Florida State University, where he was also Chairman of the Department of Biological Sciences. He has been the founder of three biotechnology companies, Receptor Molecules, Gene Scope Florida Biotechnology, and Global Biotechnology. Dr. DeBusk was founding Chairman of Neugenesis and has continued to serve on the Board of Directors since the company's inception.

Ruth Y. Fujita
Currently Principal, RYF Consulting, an independent consultancy in grant writing, program/project development, evaluation/needs assessment, and data analysis. Previously the Director Queens Medical Center R&D, Honolulu Hawaii, where she established a research laboratory for stroke and ischemia research. Ms. Fujita was the founding COO of Neugenesis, serving in that capacity until the company's move to San Francisco. Ms. Fujita has continued to serve Neugenesis as a member of the Board of Directors since the company's inception.

Randy Havre
Mr. Havre has served on the Neugenesis Board of Directors since 1996. He currently is also acting as Special Advisor to the CEO for Business Development. In addition, he also sits on the board of four other corporations. Mr. Havre has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, as a General Partner in Keo Kea Hawaii LP, the first State sponsored venture fund, HSDC (State of Hawaii) sole LP, CEO of Hawaii Venture Group, LLC, and President of J. B. Havre Securities, Inc. (full service stock brokerage firm). He has also served as an Adjunct Finance Professor for the University of Hawaii, College of Business.

Cori Gorman
Dr. Gorman is the President of DNA Bridges, a biomedical corporate development firm dedicated to assisting clients in identifying key basic research discoveries that can be used commercially. Previously Dr. Gorman was a founder of Valentis in Burlingame, California, where she was Director of Gene Expression and Delivery, developing methods for in vivo gene transfer for gene therapy. She has worked in all aspects of the biotechnology industry, including raising capital, strategic planning and developing infrastructure. She has helped early stage biotechnology companies raise over $80 million (federal funds and VCs) and has closed over 25 partnerships in a corporate development capacity. Ms. Gorman joined the Neugenesis Board in 2009.
